Words from the Jamaal Addison Foundation CEO

The CEO of the Jamaal Addison Motivational Foundation is his mother Patricia Roberts to honor his sacrifice, Patricia started the foundation so that Jamaal Jr will always have a connection to his father and the things which were important to him. SPC Jamaal Rashard Addison was the first Georgia veteran to become an Iraqi war casualty. Relentless in her efforts Patricia was introduced to Bonita Lacy, the Director of Healing Hearts of Families USA Ministries. The organization had a program "M-3 Military Mentors Matters (c)" a therapeutic at risk youth mentoring program supported by veterans, which was slated to be presented to Michelle Obama. The program has veterans supporting veterans and their socialization needs and at risk children in schools including veterans children who deal with parental separation anxiety and losses. This was the same need that Jamaal's son needed to make it through school. It was a perfect fit for both organizations.
